Hello pep! perhatikan saja tajuk mesti orang tertanya-tanya apakan kan me cetakan..well..me bukan plang kan ceta psl orang kana lantik kah apa..me ne kan ceta kisah 'melantik'..hahahaha..honestly, im really impress wif some girls yang badannya memang hantap melantik 'natural' dan ada yang 'man-made'..maksud 'man-made' atu ialah badan dorang tu bila time kecemasan, straight mcm papan tapi bila saja dapan orang hantapz melantiknya..mcm da as* ketinggalan dibelakang wah..hehehehe..bukan plang kan mengucapkan tapi antah ah..mcm im impress hantapz wah..cana buleh dorang tahan tu kan..nda dorang sakit punggung kah tu..atu baru namanya flexible..hehehehe...jahat me ah..well..me bukan kan mengucapkan atau apa..tapi antah ah..me nada ceta kali kan dicetakan oleh im just jealous that people can do that when i cant..i guess..antah lah..hehehehe..pada jelama-jelama yang terasa..saya minta maaf ..keep up the good work girlz...nda tau one day ada peraduan punggung sapa paling melantik or siapa yang buleh bawa barang diatas punggung tanpa memegang barang atu..hahahahaha....K lah..Take k for now...

Resultant Vs Achievement Motivation

What is the difference between the two motivation? and which am i? Firstly let me introduce those two. Achievement Motivation is the desire to excel, striving for excellence and success rather than reward. Whereas, Resultant Motivation is the need to achieve is greater than the need to avoid failure, the person will take the risk and try to achieve and need to AVOID FAILURE is GREATER, the risk is more threatening than challenging and the person will be motivated to avoid the situation. Honestly, if the meaning is right..I AM under Resultant Motivation..im scared dat i will flunk my examination this semester..the last four question papers is Alhamdulillah OK..but i dont want to be overconfident. Honestly im scared. i cant wait for the result. I really hope that i will pass my exam. Im not expecting to get any credit or anything. i just want to pass.Tommorrow will be my last paper. i do need luck on this one. will update my blog again after the exam. Wish me luck and i really hope for the best.

Now..i feel like speaking in Malay!
Ok lah..today me mesti belajar for my last paper which is Pendidikan Jasmani, Muzik dan Pergerakan.. Ya Rabbi..kadang2 me nda paham pulang kenapa me belajar subjek ane..p honestly siuk jua..mana indanya, masatu kami kana suruh buat presentation tarian, me segroup sama my friends yang Alhamdulillah andang pandai menari tu..so lapas lah then..ada g presentation 'masakan sihat'..nda plang kami bermasak disana..kami sekadar bawa makanan yang perasan kami sihat then gtau cana kami masak n bahan2nya and gtau apa nutrient yang ada dalamnya..mmm..siuk jua tu our course ah..p membari sanak jua kadang2..
Now kami revise..honestly, kami nda brapa banyak blajar theory..ane g nda tau cana exam outline nya psl course ane baru so nada past year paper..module is in Malay plang..hehehehe...maybe terpaksalah membual ataupun jadi pengarang inda bertauliah mcm awal ane..hahahaha..

Salah satu topic yg interesting dalam course ane ialah psl komposisi tubuh badan.
Komposisi tubuh badan ane terbahagi kepada dua komponen besar iaitu:
1) Somatotype 'Bentuk Tubuh Badan'
2)Peratus Lemak dalam badan.

Somatotype ---> aneh kan namanya..wait til you read g..

Somatotype ada tige kelas:
1) Endomorf- bentuk badan gempal kerana banyak lemak.Sesuai utk ahli sukan angkat berat.
2)Mesomorf- bentuk badan berotot, tegap dan rangka badan menarik. Sesuai utk ahli sukan lari jarak dekat dan acara lompatan.
3)Ektomorf - bentuk badan yang kurus dan tinggi lampai kerana kurang tisu lemak. Sesuai untuk ahli sukan pelari jarak jauh, merentas desa dan bola keranjang.



See, payah kan usul nama2nya p interesting. I wonder dari mana dorang dapat bagi nama badan2 atu... semua g ada MORF belakangnya tu..hehehehe..ok lah..ada g me add tu if ada yg me terjumpa siuk2..

Blogging era

Salam. Im back again. Im not quite sure why i wana start my day wif blogging. Im not even out from my bed yet and yeah, i guess im just excited wif the blog. Im so happy that i got my own blog now and thanx to the blogger.com for giving me clear instruction how to start blogging. All this time, i always heard about the blogging era and know nothing about it. I just love to read people's blog and wish i can share the my ideas to the world like them too. Now that i have my own, im sure i will share some of my ideas..

BOLLYWOOD

Bollywood..everytime we watch bollywood movie..what do we expect?? mmm..well, for a start, we know they always sing! , love story and indian tradition.. Honestly, im quite impress how good they can touch viewer heart..from their songs and their storyline...Ok lah..why do i talk about Bollywood now is because MY MOM is watching it right now...Actually, i will be having my last final paper on Monday..I really CANT concentrate on my revision thats why im still blogging! mmm..so, if i cant beat them, join em!

Firstly, i wana talk why im not so fond watching bollywood movies..
1) They sing too much! EVEN WHEN THEY R SUPPOSED TO B SAD!
2) They 'fight' too much ...depends on the story but mostly they must have a fight!


Now, what i like about Bollywood movies..
1)they show their tradition..
2)good storyline!
3)I just love the 'sari'
4)they really know how to dance.

sO, now i want my viewer to do the maths! Do u think i like it or not?

New thing for me

Salam. This is my first time doing this. I dont really know how to 'blog' or what. I just feel like doing this for fun..perhaps i share my thought to whoever happen to read my blog. I choose that initial cos my real name start with S. Im not choosing it because i love 'The Gossip Girl'..and happen to love Blake Lively! its just a coincidence.. so just call me S. Im 20+ year old and currently studying at local University. What else should you all know about me? mmm..i guess thats it, right? I will tell you more next time.
